How long does making and shipping take?
In-stock pieces ship in 2–3 working days. Made-to-order pieces take 7–14 working days before dispatch.
Can I customise colours or sizes?
Yes. Custom pieces can be specified in the order notes at checkout; for complex requests contact us first.
Do you accept returns?
Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom pieces are non-returnable except for quality issues.
